They say we Humans are the most inteligant and civilised race. I beg to differ. When was the last time you saw a saw a sheep humiliate itself on reality tv? when was the last time you saw a white rabbit abuse a black rabbit because of the colour of it's fur? when was the last time you saw a squril invade a country because it beleived they had a weapon of mass destruction?
Now the home office claim not to know how many criminals have absconded. I have a solution, count the empty beds, this may give some indication.
