With everything thats going on in the world right now, i know my gripe is going to sound rather trivial, but my take away failed to materialize. 45 mins to an hour the guy on the phone told me, but an hour and twenty mins later and still i wait. I called them up, very politly pointed out that i was still waiting, only to be told that it had been returned to the shop because the delivery driver had been knocking on the door for half an hour to no reply from us. 'Hold on' i told him, our door is in the living room, if anyone knocked we couldnt fail to hear them. 
Turns out, it went to Fenton way instead of Benton way, even though we went through the usual rigmarole of B for 'Ball' 'so it's not F for Freddie?' 'No. B or ball'. I wouldt mind, but we must order from Shajan at least once a month, you would think they would know us by now.
Anyway, the guy said 'do you still want it?' I said to him, 'not that one, but yea, i am starving'. So, twenty minutes later it arrived...Now i'm stuffed, ate too much i think. washing it down now with Vodka and coke.
