Since before Easter i have been un able to access my e mail's. My server insists that they were working to improve the service, but hit a snag and have not been able to sort it yet.![]()
Apparantly, i'm not to worry because there engeneers have been working around the clock (What since Easter?) to rectify the situation, and if i have any queries i can call the technical help desk (60p a min). ![]()
Now i have been told that the majority of users are able to access e mail. guess what? Thats right , i cant. I called that bloody premium rate number, to be told that they will try and sort it out for me, to be patient (Isnt 2 weeks patience enough?). Bloody server, yea, still taking my weekly direct debit out of the bank..... 
I guess it would be wrong of me to name them, all i will say is that i shall BREATH a sigh of releif when it is sorted.
Set up an alternative e-mail account elsewhere for now. I have never used my ISP e-mail addy, probably cos too bloody long addies!!
Not ideal I know but it is an option....
