An airline piolot tricked a teacher into having sex with him by saying he needed it for medical purposes. 
Fabio Sabano told the woman he had stomach cancer and his oncologist advised him to have sex twice a day in order to eleviate the pain.
He also told the teacher she would be cured of an illness (does not say what) if she rubbed ointment onto his penis, then applied it to her internally. The woman agreed to give him £400 for the medicene!
Prosecutors described it as a case of 'rape by deception'. 
The piolot denies 9 charges of rape, and 11 of obtaining money by deception. 
Would you? I mean, really....You meet someone down the pub and they tell you they are ill, and the only cure is for you to have sex with them. How would that conversation go?
'Hi. would you like to come back and have sex with me?'
'I dont tend to sleep with people on a first date.'

Oh dont worry. i wont be enjoying it, it is medicinal.'
'oh, well in that case why not.....'
Worse still though...she gave hiom £400 for er...Medicine?
