So it has been sugested that employers give smokers paid time off work so that they can get over the habbit...
Does that mean none smokers
have to work extra hours to
cover their work load? 
Are non smokers going to get extra holidays?

Yea, i've never smoked. I have nothing against people whpo do, it's their choice, but i dont agree that they should get extra time off unless us none smokers do. Bosses couldnt say 'all none smokers get an extra holiday' or there would be up roar.

Yeah it seems a bit extreme, what happens if they haven't given up when they come back - do they get another paid holiday?
I take it you're a none smoker like myself although I could be wrong!
