"This notice is also avaliable in brail."
who is that aimed at, blind people?
should that not be in brail?
It asso says
"avaliable in other languaghes. please ask for details."
But if you dont speak English.....

How does a blind person get to know that the notice is available in brail if they cant see to read it?

And so I roll my eyes again! 
There's a notice up in my Dr's surgery about Adult Learning. If you can't read or write come along to our meeting, we only ask two questions, tea, or coffee?
It would be great, if only those that need the help could read it!!!
