They have just spoken to a man on the radio who runs donkey rides on the beach at Cleathorps. New laws state nobody over eight stone can now ride a donkey.
He also said that his family have always had the donkey ride business, and when he was a todler his parents used to teather him to a post on the beach so he could not wander off.
Is that not child abuse?

blimey better strap 4 or 5 ponys together to give me a ride then 
true it is child abuse and what happens if they forget where they tethered him and the tide came in
