This Sunday, the 8th of June will be me and Michelles sixth wedding anniversary, and I have to think of something to buy her, and somewhere to spend the day.

all three do wonderfull food, and are all in nice locations......I have a couple of days to decide.

For getting all nostalgic. I'll nip in the bud at once.

I have to get rid of my two thousand plus vinyl collection.

At present they are in my parents loft, and have been since I moved out ten years ago. I dont have the space to keep them at home, unlike my parents loft ours has no boards down to store them safely, but my dad has decided he wants to clear his loft, and unless i can alocate some space in our two bedroomed bungalow I fear i may have to let them go.

I have such fond memories, the record fairs, the car boot sales, the record stores that are no more...I can remember where and when each one was bought. Every one has a specific memory to a point in my life. Vinyl has so mucj#h more character than CD or down loads......

Who am I kidding, I cant let them go...

to collect a matress, and more to the point, what do they use to move it?

I only ask because, well....you know on Monday when I told you we were having a new matress delivered, well it arrived, and god it's comfy. Only problem is, how to dispose of the old one. We cant get it in the car, cos it's a two seater convertable so we called the council and asked if they could collect it.

Twenty quid they said it will cost, and it will take about eighteen days. They told us for that twenty quid they will collect thre items, and asked if we had anything else. The old front door is in two halves behind the shed, we asked if they could collect that to, alas no.

The bed falls into the household catagory, a door aparently does not.
